Follow-up action
Suggested Reply and Next Best Action
Draft a human-reviewed reply and internal next-best-action recommendation after a Gravity Forms, WPForms, or Contact Form 7 submission.
What this action does
- Uses active, consented Lead Scoring setup context plus the current entry.
- Returns a suggested plain-text reply, next-best-action, rationale, missing information, and risk flags.
- Stores the draft and recommendation for staff review without sending anything externally.
What it can return
- Next best action
- Suggested reply draft
- Rationale
- Missing info to request
- Do-not-send state
Setup tips
- Enable after Lead Scoring setup is strong enough to avoid generic replies.
- Skip automatic drafts for Reject-grade entries unless staff manually decide otherwise.
- Keep pricing, timing, and guarantees out of drafts unless trusted context explicitly supports them.
Important guardrails
- This action drafts only; it does not auto-send replies in v1.
- It does not call customer-facing webhooks.
- A human should review and edit any reply before sending.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about human-reviewed reply drafts for supported form submissions.
Does Suggested Reply send email automatically?
No. Suggested Reply and Next Best Action creates a human-reviewed draft and recommendation only. It does not auto-send replies in this release.
What setup does it need?
It uses the same active, consented Lead Scoring setup context as Lead Scoring, plus the current form submission, to draft a reply and recommend the next action.
How should staff handle Reject, spam, or unsafe entries?
Staff should review the grade and risk context before using a draft. Automatic drafts can be skipped for Reject-grade entries by default, with manual generation available when staff correct the classification.
