Keep the service boundary explainable

If a WPForms site needs native entry links, verify the installed edition and entry-storage behavior first; WPForms documents Lite entry handling separately through Lite Connect. A weak promise is broad: AI will handle our forms.

Use one controlled pilot

For example, pick one form and one action. Then put it where staff already checks the submission. After that, watch the next real entries before changing the workflow.

  • Remove fields or labels that staff ignore.

What makes the rollout worth keeping

Finally, the test is not whether the AI sounds impressive. The test is whether the review output makes the staff workflow clearer. Then the review layer earns its place when the entry record answers three questions. What does the visitor want? Who should own it? What should happen next?

If it adds another place to check or another vague label to debate, reduce the scope instead. A smaller, more reliable review step is usually better than a broad one nobody trusts.
